Arcane Neuro.A public site for a private practice.
A concierge medical practice that markets itself on having no clinic, no waiting room and no public footprint still needs somewhere for patients to find it. That is the problem this site had to solve: be findable, and feel private.

What we built
Brand direction and a full launch site: the dark, gold-lit identity, the treatment and conditions pages, the areas served, a dedicated track for veterans, and the founding-membership enrollment flow the practice opened with.
The design brief was unusual in one specific way. Most healthcare sites work to feel open and reassuring. This one had to feel closed — the product is discretion, so the site reads as an invitation rather than a storefront, and every page is built to answer a private question without asking the reader to identify themselves first.
Need a site that has to carry the whole first impression?
Tell us who you are trying to reach and what they need to believe before they book. We will tell you what the site has to do to get them there.
