Virtual bootcamps run as live video sessions with screen sharing, shared Claude workspaces, and collaborative exercises — they work well because Claude itself is a remote tool, and we run them for teams worldwide, scheduled around your time zone. In-person bootcamps and workshops are delivered on-site at your offices — we travel across the US and internationally. Hybrid formats — virtual cohorts with an on-site kickoff or capstone — are also available.
How do you measure training effectiveness?
We measure before and after. Before the bootcamp, we baseline your team's Claude usage and task completion times. What do we need to prepare before the bootcamp?
We handle most of the preparation. Before the bootcamp, we'll ask for access to example workflows, documents, and codebases that your team works with so we can customize exercises. Everyone needs a Claude account (we help set up team accounts if you don't have them). For the Claude Code module, developers need their standard development environment. We send a detailed prep guide one week before the start date.
