You built the prototype. We ship the product.

Vibe coding and coding agents get you to a working demo in a weekend. The last mile is auth, data, security, tests, deployment and billing. We take what you built, keep what works, and make it something your team can depend on or your customers can pay for.

A practical 30 minutes: what fits, what to do first, and who does what.

01

Why the last mile is where prototypes die

The demo works on your laptop. Then a second user signs in, a real customer's data arrives, or someone asks where the passwords are stored, and it stops being a weekend project.

We see the same gaps in nearly every AI-built app. Keys sitting in the browser. A database with no access rules. No sign-in, or sign-in anyone can bypass. No tests, so every fix breaks something else. Deployed from a laptop, or not at all.

None of that means the prototype was a mistake. It proved the idea and it is usually most of the product. What it needs is an engineer who has shipped production systems and builds with the same agents you do, so the work goes fast and the code stays yours.

We have built our own products this way, from first prompt to paying users. We use Claude Code daily, so we can pick up where your agent left off without starting over.

02

What we take care of

Scoped from an audit of your repo. You get a written list of what is wrong before we fix any of it.
01

Code and security audit

A read of the whole repo: exposed keys, open database rules, broken auth, dead code and the things that will fall over at ten users.

02

Auth, roles and data

Real sign-in, including SSO where your team needs it, per-user and per-company data rules, and a database designed for more than one customer.

03

Tests and guardrails

Tests on the paths that matter, typed code, and checks that run on every change so your next agent session does not break production.

04

Deployment and monitoring

Production hosting, staging, environment secrets, error tracking and backups, set up in your own accounts.

05

Ready to resell

Multi-tenant accounts, Stripe billing, onboarding and your branding, when the plan is to sell the app rather than run it internally.

06

Handoff to your builders

Docs, a CLAUDE.md and project rules, so you and your agents can keep building on it safely after we leave.

Want to know what your app needs?

Leave an email with a line about what you built and what it runs on. We will send back the first things we would check and roughly how big the last mile is.

No sequence, no spam. Or book a call directly.

03

Who this is for

It fits when the idea is proven and the code is the thing holding it back.

Founders and operators who built an app with Lovable, Replit, Bolt, v0, Cursor or Claude Code and now need it to hold up
Teams who built an internal tool that people now rely on, and that nobody wants to be responsible for
Consultants and agencies who built something for one client and want to sell it to many
Companies whose AI-built app works in demo and breaks with real users or real data
04

How it runs

Audit first, then fix in order of risk. You see a running staging build within the first two weeks.
01Week 1

Audit

We read the repo, run it and write down every gap, ranked by what would hurt first.

02Weeks 1–2

Secure

Keys, auth and data rules fixed first, because those are the ones that cannot wait.

03Weeks 2–6

Ship

Tests, deployment, monitoring, and billing if you are selling it. Weekly demos on a live staging build.

04Handoff

Hand over

Docs and agent rules, and a walkthrough so you and your team can keep building on it.

05

Who does what

We do the engineering. You keep the product decisions.
We do
  • Audit the code and write up the gaps
  • Fix security, auth and data first
  • Set up tests, deployment and monitoring
  • Document it so your agents can keep building
You bring
  • Give us the repo and account access
  • Decide what the product should do
  • Test it with real users each week
  • Own the accounts it runs in

Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat teams ask us before they start.

Will you rewrite my app from scratch?
Almost never. Most AI-built apps are mostly fine. We keep the parts that work, fix what is dangerous, and only rebuild a piece when fixing it would take longer than replacing it. You get that call in writing after the audit.
What stacks do you work with?
Most of what the popular builders produce: Next.js and React, Supabase and Postgres, Vercel, Node and Python backends, Stripe. If yours is something else, tell us on the call and we will say honestly whether we are the right team.
Can I keep building on it with my own agent afterward?
Yes, that is the point. We leave project rules, tests and docs set up so Claude Code, Cursor or whatever you use can keep working on it without undoing what we fixed.
Can you help me sell it?
We make it sellable: multi-tenant accounts, billing, onboarding and branding. We can also help with the landing page and site. Pricing and sales are yours.
What does it cost?
It depends on how big the gap is, which the audit tells us. We scope it on a 30-minute call, and the audit comes with a written quote for the rest before any fix starts.

Talk to us about shipping what you built

Thirty minutes. Show us the app and tell us who needs to use it. We will tell you what stands between it and production, and whether you need us for it.
